Iyengar Yoga is a unique method of yoga that incorporates the use of props to create optimal alignment in yoga poses. Creating the right environment in poses is crucial to the health of our physical body and encourages a quiet state of mind. Mobility and stability of the spine helps us to move better, breathe with ease and supports seated meditation practices.

$25 | Thursday, July 13th 5:30pm – 7:30pm or Friday, July 14th 8:30am – 10:30am

 

What to bring: yoga mat, yoga belt, yoga blocks, yoga blanket (if you have one)

Angie Woyar is an Intermediate Junior I certified Iyengar yoga teacher in Denver, CO. She has been a student of yoga for 17 years and has studied Iyengar Yoga in Denver for 12 years. Angie is a compassionate and light-hearted instructor who supports students in deepening their understanding of yoga.
